Every piece of Goddess Jewelry and Sacred Symbol Jewelry I hand-shaped, hand-glazed, fired 2-3 times at over 2,000 degress to create unusual and elegant finishes, then hand-wrapped with gold-filled, sterling silver, or copper wire and adorned with semi-precious gemstones. Goddess Necklaces are all hand-strung original designs using a variety of beads: czech glass, handmade ceramic, gemstones, handmade glass, sterling silver, gold vermeil and brass.

Artist Bio

Chrisalis Moon began her artistic career with an obsession for Play Doh® and the nature spirits that lived in the forest near her rural Ohio home. As a teenager she discovered "real" clay and worked as a potter for many years showing and selling her work regionally and nationally.

While going through a strong kundalini experience that lasted several years, she began to connect to the sacred feminine energies within her body and the earth. This led her to explore Marija Gimbutas' book the Language of the Goddess. She has since designed and created hundreds of wearable Goddess art pieces, each with a special message, but all with the overarching theme of reconnection to the sacred feminine and healing of the earth.

Her designs incorporate ancient Goddess symbology, forms in nature & earth-based spirituality, as well as images & symbols that come to her in dreams and visions. The results are more than a piece of jewelry or adornment, but a piece of wearable art that is a sacred connection to the unseen dimensions of the spirit world. Her collectors use her pieces as empowerment tools, ritual objects, and personal statements of intent or invocation.

Chrisalis lives in the rural mountains of Colorado where she works closely with nature to preserve her connection to the earth and the nature spirits.
