Shipping Within the USA

How Long Does it Take? Generally orders go out 2-3 a week. The weeks before gift-giving holidays (Valentines, Mother's Day, Christmas...) I try to ship orders everyday. This is a one-artist operation, so if I go on vacation, everything goes on hold and I will my schedule on this page or in my order confirmation email.

Confirmation - When your order ships you will receive an email confirmation within 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary by shipping method and location. See below for estimates.

Shipping Methods - Mostly by USPS

Standard Shipping is via first class mail USPS. From 2 days to a week in the continental US. Holidays may take longer.

Priority Mail is generally 2-3 business days but may be longer during holidays and is NOT guaranteed.

Express mail is overnight w/in Colorado, 2 days to most US cities and can be 3 days to rural destinations, AK and HI. The timeframe quoted at the USPS counter IS guaranteed. The above times are only estimates. EXPRESS MAIL rates calculated on my shopping cart are ONLY AN ESTIMATE. You will be notified if your rate is more before shipping.

Handling - Your quoted shipping costs covers all handling charges and custom document preparation for International parcels.


Return Policies

You may return unworn items within 30 days for an exchange. Returns must be received at my office within 30 days of the postmark date on your shipment. You pay return postage and I will send your replacement item by Standard Shipping at no charge within the USA. (this free return shipping is limited to one replacement and applies only for immediate re-shipment upon receipt of your return.

Repair Policies

Necklaces can be sent back to be shortened to a length of your choice for a $5 fee anytime (you pay all postage charges both ways).
Any broken necklaces will repaired free of charge at any time (you pay postage one way).
Any wire wrap repairs will be done free of charge (you pay postage one way).
Broken ceramic pieces will be repaired if possible or replaced at cost (you pay postage both ways).


Mail Order Policies

Lost or Missing Parcels: If you do not receive a Domestic Order within 2 weeks, or an International Order within 4 weeks, notify us immediately by phone or email. If I do not receive notification that your order is lost or missing within 45 days of your ship date the insurance on your parcel may be void and replacement of the contents is not guaranteed.

Unclaimed Parcels: It is your responsibilty to take delivery of your parcel in a timely fashion. Once you receive a confirmation email that your order has shipped, delivery may require a signature for delivery. If you are not home, your postal carrier will leave a notice for you to pick up the package at your local Post Office. Most post offices do not hold packages more than 10 days. If your package is unclaimed it will be returned to us and WILL NOT be reshipped without communication from you. You may have to pay additional postage charges, including delivery confirmation, insurance or certified mail.

International Shipping - Please Read Before Ordering

Without Insurance
For international orders under $50 in value, you have the choice of requesting shipments with NO Insurance. This means that you assume all risk for lost parcels. This is NOT an option for certain countries and we reserve the right to not mail to countries if we estimate your parcel has a good chance of being lost or stolen. Even if your mail system is secure, packages do get lost.

With Insurance
Parcels are shipped Global Express Mail and include insurance for the full amount which must be declared on the customs forms. If your parcel is lost or damaged, it is fully insured for replacement. EXPRESS MAIL rates calculated on my shopping cart are ONLY AN ESTIMATE due to the new rates and policies of the US Mail. You will be notified if your rate is more before shipping.

Credit Card Authorization
International Orders may be subject to credit card authorization, address verification, and other card security ID checks
due to the extensive amount of international mail/credit card fraud. Please note that this may mean I will need to contact you via email for additional information. Your prompt reply will speed your order.
