Timeframe - If your pendant is In Stock, it usually takes about 1 week to string a special order necklace. Longer times during the holidays, vacations, or when a pendant is out-of-stock. If I expect it will take more than 2 weeks, I will notify you by email.

Payment - Full payment is due when you place your special order. If you pay with MC/Visa, I will not post the charges until I begin your piece. You may also pay with Paypal, but those charges will be posted automatically when you complete your transaction. If you choose to pay with a Check, I will not begin on your piece until I receive your check.

Custom Designed - You may choose your strand length up to the posted size. Longer lengths are availabe upon request for an extra charge. Some designs offer a clasp choice or other color/metals choices.

Designs - I try to keep the beads and pattern as close to the photo as possible but I am not always able to reorder the same beads. If I expect a big difference, I will let you know in advance.

Colors - Always read the colors that are listed in the written description as your monitor may display the colors differently.
