In the ancient world, spirals were a symbol of the journey through life. They are a universal symbol found in all cultures. Representing the life force, regeneration, and spiralling energy. Pendant is an assemblage of a shell disk and vintage brass pieces. Shell disk is naturally marked with lines on the back in concentric circles and is smooth. On the front, the natural spiral inside the shell is 3D and visible through the hole in the brass disk. The shell is about 3/8" thick. Necklace is vintage with brass metal beads. 17" long with 3" pendant.
