An Amulet is a special object thought to protect a person from bad luck, unfortunate incidents, people, or evil spirits. In Thailand, amulets of the Buddha have long been revered for their power and presences. This Amulet depicts the buddha in Meditation - Hands resting together on the lap. The gesture symbolizes perfect balance of thought and tranquility.

This piece is imported from Thailand and created by Buddhist Monks but not blessed. Size is approx. 1.75" x 2.5". Mad from clay with 24 kt gold leaf and fibers woven around the edges. Due to the handmade nature, each is slightly different, especially the gold leaf application. Includes a cotton cord and pouch.
